Our Story

Jimenez Maintenance Department is a growing commercial cleaning provider established in 2003 and located in Mesa, Arizona. We bring a professional approach to cleaning services; our goal is to exceed the expectations of every client by offering outstanding customer service and exceptional quality.

Jimenez Maintenance department is locally owned and operated and does not have a large company structures from management to workers. The management always oversees the workers and provides enough support to carry the tasks in a professional manner.

All of our staff is highly trained and chosen for integrity and work experience. All equipment is company-owned, which gives us a competitive advantage when it comes to pricing.

What We Do

We use environment friendly cleaning products, using a color coded system. This prevents any misuse of chemicals and protects the health and safety of our valuable clients. Cleaning staff are educated to notify management about workplace hazards and safety issues in order to prevent future injuries.
Jimenez Maintenance is a fully insured company in both general liability and workers compensation.

Our Services



Construction Cleaning

Post, Rough and final clean. Most new constructions are cleaned in 3 stages. The extent of each project will determine if only some of these services need to be performed.



Trash and Bulk Pickup

Removal of large items left in shopping centers



Stadium Clean Up

Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.



Parking Lot Sweeping

Sweeping retail & church parking lots and professional parks. Based upon the need of our customers the hours of service are nights starting at 9pm until the route is complete, this also includes weekends



Commercial Window Cleaning

(Up to 10 ft.) - This service is offered to new construction projects. We clean all interior & exterior windows, which includes vestibules, and all doors.



Event Staffing

A group of 10 or more cleaners are designated to maintain a clean appearance for an events held in stadiums and local state fairs.



Day Porter Services

This person is stationed in a commercial building/ shopping center to assist in daily facility duties including trash removal, common areas, and restroom restocks in some cases.


