Construction Cleaning
Post, Rough and final clean. Most new constructions are cleaned in 3 stages. The extent of each project will determine if only some of these services need to be performed.
Trash and Bulk Pickup
Removal of large items left in shopping centers
Stadium Clean Up
Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Parking Lot Sweeping
Sweeping retail & church parking lots and professional parks. Based upon the need of our customers the hours of service are nights starting at 9pm until the route is complete, this also includes weekends
Commercial Window Cleaning
(Up to 10 ft.) - This service is offered to new construction projects. We clean all interior & exterior windows, which includes vestibules, and all doors.
Event Staffing
A group of 10 or more cleaners are designated to maintain a clean appearance for an events held in stadiums and local state fairs.
Day Porter Services
This person is stationed in a commercial building/ shopping center to assist in daily facility duties including trash removal, common areas, and restroom restocks in some cases.
Restaurant Deep Cleaning
Cleaning of vacant restaurants for move- in or move- out tenants.
